H'cap Allowance: 25%/20%/15%/10% from lowest to highest playing handicap
Team scramble.
All tee off, choose the preferred shot and all play from that position. Repeat until the ball is holed out giving 1 score for the team each hole.
Exception is in a 4 player team where the player who‘s shot was chosen does then not hit the next shot. So tee off 4 shots but then only play 3 shots if a player is missing a turn each time.
